Kristiane

vintage coat, belt and trousers, turqoise stone silver ring from Indiska, bag unknown source
(pictures taken with my Iphone)

I thought I`d do a streetstyle post today. I had coffee with Kristiane and she was wearing this masculine ensamble that I thought was a brilliant take on spring`s nude mixed with camel-trend without compromising on staying warm. Love how the belt cinches the waist and gives her a silhouette. Take a look at her blog www.welgaard.com!

Dazzling white

vintage belt and Nimble Dress Betrayals sequin jacket, Strawberry Cats mini dress, H&M and Indiska rings

I felt like wearing all white and cream today. I love mixing soft and edgy clothes and accessories, and the silver rings balances off the romantic clothes perfectly.Today I`ve been walking around town with my boyfriend, admiring some beautiful architecture and drinking coffee whilst talking about converting an amazing abonded warehouse we stumbled upon. A perfect lazy sunday (if you thought I looked tired in that first photo, you were absolutely right). Have a lovely evening everyone!

Caged in a box.....

vintage jacket, H&M necklace and coral stone ring, vintage Nina Ricci blouse, Skopunkten boots

.... is not just the name of my bag but a description of my life this last week. I`ve been really busy and the outfit pictures that I`ve taken have not come out very well. But today we caught the light just before the sun went down and snapped some quick photos. My patent box bag is thrifted for £1.99 and is one of my favourite handbags! I would really like another one in a popping colour for spring, like this one

My thoughts go out to my friends in Hawaii and Japan and everyone affected by the tragedy that happened earlier today!

Maxi love

vintage Diane Freis dress, vintage clutch bag, Skopunkten boots, Topshop and vintage rings

As you probably have guessed I`m crazy about vintage clothes and accessories. Diane Freis is a designer that most vintage lovers probably know. She makes gorgeous georgette dresses and blouses in vibrant prints, and when I found this dress at a bargain price on Ebay I was very happy. It makes a nice change to the cotton india hippie maxi dresses that I repeatedly wear every spring and summer.

The other day I was stopped by a streetstyle photographer who was taking pictures for H&M`s Oslo style icon competition. I was quite surpised, cause I hadn`t put any thought into what I was wearing and had even just taken off my (cool) hat which left me with flat hair. But he asked me politely to take my photo so I let him. It`s not the greatest picture of me ever, but I would really appreciate it if you vote for me at http://hmlovesoslo.no/index.php?id=779. Thanks!
