I found these pictures when I did research for a photoshoot and fell in love with the innocent styling and dreamy photos from a place that I have wanted to visit for a long time. Btw, if you didn`t know it already Tavi, the infamous teenage blogger and founder of Rookiemag, is definitely one of the coolest kids on the block, if not in the whole world...

I`ve been really sick this week, therefore no outfit posts or blogging what so ever (I`m really sorry!), so I`ve had plenty of time to dream about things I want to add to my warderobe. I`m also planning another styling for an upcoming photoshoot, so naturally items of clothing would sneak into my fever fantasies. One thing I`ve become quite obsessed with are collars. They can give a blouse or a dress a complete different look and can be used instead of a necklace for an instant update. I love them!

Vintage wedding inspiration

Last summer I went to this amazing vintage themed wedding in England. Stuart and Polly incorporated their love of 1950′s rock`n roll with the aesthetic of a wartime garden party to create an amazing setting for their wedding. It was one of the most fantastic weddings you can imagine where everything from the surroundings to food and entertainment was really well thought through. We had such a great time, ending up jiving in the marquee untill 5 the next morning...  If you are getting married and are interested in having a vintage theme, take a look at these pictures and get inspired!

I have two weddings to go to in the next three months, and another engagement was anounced today! I`m planning my outfits already. Preferably I`d like to find something vintage, perhaps a flowing 70s long party dress. Are you going to any weddings this summer? What will you be wearing?

Bohemian lovestory

Whilst searching the internet for photos for my moodboard for the photoshoot I came across this editorial. I saw the last picture years ago and fell in love with it, but I didn`t know where it was from as it was posted on someone` s blog and it didn`t give a source. The photos are shot by Steven Meisel and the models are George Harrison`s son, Dhani Harrison, and Sasha Pivovarova. I adore their bohemian outfits and the lovestory theme. I would too love to hang out wearing dreamy bohemian outfits, drinking tea and listening to a handsome guy strumming his guitar...

It`s been raining for most of the day, and the weather have been too grey for taking outfit picture. So meanwhile, I thought you`d enjoy these ladies who have very stylish rainy-day-ensembles. Those yellow umbrellas light up their outfits and the grey surroundings. I wish high heeled sandals were an option to wear out in the rain in Norway, but sadly it`s mostly the good ol` wellies that is adequate to keep both the rain and the cold out on days like these.

 My usual lipstick routine consists of putting on pink, pink and another shade of pink. So I`ve decided to switch it up a bit. I`m quite taken with dark wine and purple shades at the moment. It ads an edge to your whole look, and I`m imagining that it would work really well as a contrast to this seasons sheer pastel coloured clothing or with qute floral dresses. I love kimonos and I think that the asian vibe in this styling is brilliant. It`s vibrant and playful, and no other retailers are taking the asian trend to the same level as TOPSHOP.
